How To Meditate
I’m a mindfulness specialist with a Master of Public Health from Columbia University. Since 2013, I’ve meditated approximately 40,000 minutes and my current practice is 20 minutes twice a day. I’ve supported hundreds of individuals as well as small-scale companies within the health, mindfulness, and wellness industry.
