Guided Meditation for Success

Meditation is one of the 8 Limbs of Yoga, called Dharana. Some people don’t realize the interplay between yoga and meditation. As an avid yoga practitioner, my favorite thing is to share these two practices.

The benefits of meditation range from reduced anxiety, improve emotional awareness, mental clarity, and so much more! Everything that can benefit your day-to-day or work-life.

More specifically, meditation has also been linked to changing or altering your brain, specifically the areas in the brain associated with negative emotions and limiting beliefs. Pretty amazing! While science is finding the physical benefits of meditation, I want to remind you that this is an all-encompassing practice for your body, mind, and soul.
