Meditation is one of the 8 Limbs of Yoga, called Dharana. Which most people don’t realize. So, in this context, Yoga is Meditation. Meditation is Yoga.
The benefits of Meditation range from reduced anxiety, improve emotional awareness, and coping with stress.
Meditation has also been linked to changing or altering your brain, speficially the areas in the brain associated with negative emotions and limiting beliefs.
I created these guided meditations for you to get a taste of some techniques, as a way to encourage one to explore the depth that yoga can take you.
Yoga is not only the poses and postures during class but the presence and present moment experience through it all.
