My mission is to teach what I learn and share that process. For those that are curious about the process of mindfulness, self-awareness, and self-love.
Most of my writing you’ll find around those topics because where else do we learn that? We often hear about mental health is a public health issue. I would add to that by saying emotional wellness is just as much a public health crisis right now as obesity, chronic diseases, and mental health.
